Orders are generally processed after successful payment confirmation or after confirmation of a Cash on Delivery order.
We may contact you on your registered mobile number or email address to confirm order details, delivery address or availability.
2. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are as follows:
- Orders below ₹999: ₹69 shipping charge plus applicable GST
- Orders of ₹999 or above: Free shipping
The final shipping amount will be displayed at checkout before you place the order.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, courier service and other circumstances.
Estimated delivery details, wherever available, will be communicated through the website, email, phone or other suitable channels.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, transportation issues, public holidays, service disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, mobile number and other required details.
Global Retail Hub will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Where tracking information is available, it may be shared with the customer through email, phone, message or other suitable communication methods.
6. Delayed or Failed Delivery
If a delivery is delayed, unsuccessful or returned by the courier due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability or other delivery-related issue, we may contact the customer to resolve the matter.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment where appropriate.
7. Damaged Package
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to record the condition of the package and contact us as soon as possible with relevant details and photographs.
